The account team is requesting a one-year extension of the contract, moving the end date to September 30, 2026. As part of this extension, the customer would make an additional TF payment in September 2025. The customer do not intend to renegotiate the current FCP but require continued use of the existing gear for one more year while they complete their migration to AWS native tools. Tyler Tech communicated to F5 November of 2024 that they would not renew their FCP. The plan was to migrated to AWS native tools as part of the companies larger cloud strategy. The account team discussed the risks with the companies lead architect and he understands and agrees that Tyler may still want/need products from F5, however it will not be in a FCP. In a recent conversation with the customer they acknowledged that they are not prepared to be fully off F5 by the end of the FCP and have asked for an extension. Even though they asked for only some of the products to be extended we told them that they would have to exten f5.com
